- Dr. Clark is happy to work with you and your child in person at Harmony Center West Chester or via virtual visits.
- Our process starts with a free clarity call to make sure we’re a good fit for each other, and to get all questions answered before moving forward with your child’s initial consultation.
- In your child’s Practice Better patient portal, you have the opportunity to upload all prior lab and imaging results, consult reports, procedure reports, immunization history, and primary care office records so that Dr. Clark can review these before the initial appointment.
- You or your child will also complete a detailed intake questionnaire prior to your initial appointment.
- After your child’s initial appointment, you will receive a detailed, personalized protocol which outlines specific dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations as well as any conventional or functional medicine testing orders mutually agreed upon during the first visit.
- Dr. Clark is happy to collaborate with your child’s primary care physician and/or specialists as needed during their care.
- You can directly message her at any point during your child’s yearly membership in Practice Better as things come up or if you have any questions.
- Dr. Clark will tailor your child’s protocol and recommendations as needed after each subsequent or follow-up appointment.
- Throughout your child’s health journey, she may make recommendations of other holistic or conventional providers your child may benefit from seeing.
- Dr. Clark believes that whole-child care involves integrating your child’s mental and emotional health while also treating their physical health.
Included in your child’s yearly membership are coaching calls with our certified health coach, Kara. You and/or your child (depending on age, calls with Kara can be just parent/guardian, just child, or both) will have a coaching call 3-4 weeks after each visit with Dr. Clark. This added guidance and support in addition to your doctor appointments is just one thing that sets Village Health and Healing apart from other functional and integrative practices. - If you have multiple family members seeking care, we offer family discounts!
